    I'm trying to link my moms pass to my account. I had it linked before but for some reason it's not on anymore. Everytime I try to link it it keeps telling me that her pass was already linked before but it's not there. How can I fix this?

    So sorry to hear that you’re having trouble linking your mother’s Annual Passport to your Disneyland Resort account. I have my husband’s Annual Passport linked to my account. I find it’s convenient to have his Annual Pass linked with mine because when we are at the Disneyland Resort together, it's easy to make Disney FASTPASS selections for both of us using Disney MaxPass. Plus, you need to add your entire party in the App in order to enter the virtual queue for Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. So I can understand why you want to make sure her pass is linked properly. 

    I have had issues with the Disneyland App in the past and I’ve found that when I uninstall the App and then reinstall it, that usually solves the problem. If your issue is with the website and not the App, try clearing the cookies related to the Disneyland Resort website. I’ve found this to be helpful when the site thinks I’m logging in from a different country. If you try both of these troubleshooting techniques and they do not work, I suggest reaching out to Website Support at (714) 520-6222. A Cast Member there would be happy to assist you.
