I'm trying to get a Fast Pass on the new BOG website. When I try to enter my reservation #, it will only allow me to enter numbers. My confirmation # has both letters and numbers. Am I entering the wrong info? Where can I find the reservation #?

    Hi Russell,

As Lumiere might say, it is with deepest pride and greatest pleasure that we welcome you to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  Thanks for your great question about the Be Our Guest Restaurant FastPass+ option for lunch that's being tested.  I'm sorry you're having trouble - this can definitely be confusing.  Some confirmation numbers follow the 12-digit rule that is required on the website, while others include both letters and numbers.  You will need that 12-digit number to check availability when you log in, but there are a few easy ways to try to find that yourself.
    • For rooms or vacation packages that were booked directly with Disney, visit the My Reservations & Tickets page in My Disney Experience and it's most likely shown there.  If you're within 60 days of your arrival, you can also find that 12-digit number by hovering your cursor over the "Check In Online" link and looking at the last numbers in the link.  Alternately, you can click that link and make note of the last 12 digits of the URL.
    • If a travel agent made your arrangements, just contact him or her for your 12-digit number.
    • The number is noted on Magical Express luggage tags, so if you've received those, you can find it there.
If you don't have any luck after trying these, just call (407) 939-5277 for help.  This is an extremely popular dining spot, so I do recommend grabbing one of those FastPass+ selections if you can...and if you don't see availability, keep checking as your vacation dates get closer and a spot might still open up.

I hope you have an absolutely magical vacation, Russell!  Please write back if we can help answer any other questions.
