    I'm trying to add character "badges" to those on my Friends & Family page that don't have them, but can't find a way. Do i need to remove them, then add as if new?

    Hi there, Cheryl! 

    I love having my family's favorite characters pop up as soon as I open my My Disney Experience Account. I will always be Princess Belle, while my son's favorite characters seem to rotate monthly. 

    In order to change an image, you will need to log into your My Disney Experience account on your desktop, not via the My Disney Experience Mobile App. From there, click on Family and Friends in the drop-down menu. When you get to the profile of the family member whose avatar you would like to change, click "update" to the right of their name. This will bring up a menu where you can change names and birthdays. Under the default blue circle, you will see a button that says, "Change Character." You can then select your favorite characters!
