    Ingrid from IL Asked

I'm traveling to WDW this November and staying off site. There are 3 seperate families going with just 1 of those families paying for the park tickets for everyone. Can they do so all at once, or do they need to make 3 separate transactions?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Ingrid! I visited Walt Disney World Resort with my extended family (5 family units!) last fall and it was a blast!

We faced the same issue as you, needing to pool multiple sums of money together to purchase tickets. Since you have 1 family acting as the “wallet,” you can do either 1 transaction or three, depending on your needs. When you purchase tickets online within My Disney Experience, you’ll be asked to assign each ticket to a profile (it’s important to create these 3 family accounts and all the profiles before you purchase). This will allow you to choose FastPass+ reservations 30 days before your visit, as well as make dining reservations as needed. Our family made one big ticket purchase since my family all paid me, but you can do three transactions if you need to obtain and wait on funding from other parts of the family. It’s up to you!

If I can help you choose activities or restaurants for your large family to enjoy, please let me know. Large crowds can be hard to please, but “we can do it, we can do it, we can help our Cinderelly!” ~ Lindsey P.
