I'm traveling to WDW in November. What are the most popular rides in each park with long lines that I should get a FastPass for? Also, am I right that FastPasses can also be used for meeting characters like Anna and Elsa? is there a FastPass limit per day?

    Hi Jessica,

FastPass+ is a great way to reserve your spot online at the most popular Disney attractions and shows prior to your arrival. As of March 2014, guests are entitled to three FastPass+ per person, per day at one park. You can even use this option to reserve time with Disney's beloved characters.

As for what are the most popular attractions and shows at each park, it varies based on the interest, ages and maybe even the height of a guest. My family with two ride-loving teenage daughters will always go for Space Mountain and other action attractions over Peter Pan's Flight which a younger child might like.

When you go online at Disney and look at each attraction, it will have a note that says FastPass+. You can take this information and use it to figure out what to see in each park. My family schedules FastPass+ for later in the day when the lines are longer and does not use them for parades and shows.

Some of the most popular attractions for FastPass+ which you should use a FastPass+ are:

Magic Kingdom-Space Mountain, Big Thunder Railroad Mountain, Splash Mountain, Dumbo, Peter Pan's Flight, Jungle Cruise, The Magic Carpets of Aladdin, Enchanted Tales with Belle

    Epcot-Soarin' and Test Track

Disney's Hollywood Studios-Toy Story Midway Mania, Rock 'n' Rollercoaster with Aerosmith, Tower of Terror

Disney's Animal Kingdom-Kilimanjaro Safaris, Khali River Rapids, Expedition Everest

If I have not listed an attraction here that has a FastPass+ option, it is because they are either not as popular or they are designed to move many guests at a single time. For example, Buzz Lightyear Space Ranger Spin is a great ride and has the FastPass+ option. However, it continuously loads guests that you never really wait that long for the attraction.

    Wishing you a magical vacation!
