I’m thinking about getting the water parks after 2 plan. Does anyone have it? Is it worth it?

    Hey Marianne!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Thank you for sending us your awesome question about the Water Parks After 2 Annual Pass.

This Florida Resident-exclusive annual pass lets you enjoy one year of admission to Disney’s Blizzard Beach Water Park and Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park, any day, after 2:00 p.m. during normal operating hours!

This was the water parks annual pass I had during my older daughter’s first years of life. It is absolutely worth it! Currently, it is only $75.00. That is only about $10-20 more than a regular, one-day admission to a Walt Disney World Resort water park. If you are local, or visit the water parks often, you can get your “money’s worth” in just 2-3 visits! In my opinion, it is an absolute value and “no-brainer”!

As a Florida Resident yourself, you know that 10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. are the sunniest, and hottest, times of the day. As the mom of a preschooler, going after 2:00 p.m. was ideal for me and my family. It was post-naptime, post-lunchtime and prevented additional sun damage. On days when the water parks closed late, we loved spending sundown at the water parks. Crowds are also lower in the afternoon and evening hours!

Marianne, I hope you will consider purchasing the Water Parks After 2 Annual Pass. If you have any other questions, please visit the Disney Parks Moms Panel again. We are all EARS!
