Hi, I'm taking my my daughter, who is going to be 21 to Disney the week of her birthday. She loves Disney (as do I) and she wants to wear the birthday button and everything! Do we have to come on the actual day of her birthday to be able to receive this?

Hi Babette! Birthdays at Walt Disney World are magical! Definitely request a birthday button for your daughter at your resort front desk or at Guest Services at any of the parks. She'll love the special attention she'll receive from the Disney castmembers and park guests! There's no requirement that your daughter request or wear the button only on her actual birthday. Many guests celebrate special occasions at Walt Disney World during trips that are close to, but not on, the actual date of their birthday or anniversary, and guests celebrating a birthday at Walt Disney World often wear their buttons for the entire length of their visit.

Wishing your daughter a magical birthday! Come visit us again at the Moms Panel if you have more questions! We'd love to help!
