Hi! I'm taking my 6 year old son this summer to disney for a week. We will be staying in the pirate rooms at the Caribbean Resort. I have heard about the pirate cruises but I can't find a price or registration. How does that work? Thanks for your help!

    Hi Robin!

Aye! We are a pirate-loving family, and I think that you have made a great choice to stay in the Pirate Room at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort!

There are two types of "pirate" cruises, but I will explain both:
    • The Pirates & Pals Fireworks Voyage is a "fireworks" cruise that takes you on a voyage with Captain Hook and Mr. Smee from Disney's Contemporary Resort, to witness the nightly viewing of Wishes Nighttime Spectacular and the Electrical Water Pageant. The voyage takes place at 6:30 PM daily (weather permitting), and the cost of this specialty cruise is $31 for children and $54 for adults.
    • The Pirate Adventure Cruise is a cruise for young pirates ages 4-12 only. They will go on an adventure to find treasure, and during their time on the cruise, they will hear legends of pirates past. The cruise takes place every day from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM (weather permitting). You will have access to Islands of the Caribbean Pirate Cruise that departs from Barefoot Bay at Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort. You will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival and the cost is $31 per child.
For both adventures, a credit card will be required at the time of booking, by calling (407)WDW-PLAY up to 180 days in advanced.

Have a fantastic and magical time!
