    Sally Asked

I'm taking my sisters to the park at the end of December. My 11 year old sister just broke her finger and has to wear a cast from her hand to elbow. Will her cast prevent her from taking part in any of the rides?

Hi Sally!  I am so sorry to hear about your sister's injury. She must be so disappointed to have something like that happen so close to your trip.

She will likely be able to manage most of the attractions in the parks. Some of the decision will be up to you if she feels safe enough to hold onto handle bars with only one hand versus two. If the cast members do not feel she can handle something with her injury they will discuss that with you. The roller coasters are the rides that come to mind yet we seem to see so many guests who love to raise both of their arms in the air for the thrill. If you are concerned about a specific attraction check with the cast member out front before you take the time standing in line.  Have fun as there is so much to see and do and I know she will have a blast!
