so I'm taking my niece and my husband on there first Disney vacation. so my niece is 7 going on 8 years old but she into the trill rides but i don't know if i should allow her on them ????? what do you think

    Hi Noemi,

I think it is wonderful that you are taking your niece on vacation.  I wish I had such a generous and fun aunt and uncle growing up.

You should check with your niece's parents to make sure they are alright with you taking her on thrill rides. If they approve, I would recommend starting small.   The thrill rides at WDW are full of entertainment and most are engineered for guests 42 inches and up.  At the Magic Kingdom, try out Big Thunder Mountain and follow that with Splash Mountain.  If all three of you feel comfortable after those two , you can ride Space Mountain.  At Epcot, you can ride the low-intensity version of Mission: Space, Test Track, and Soarin'.  The rides at Hollywood Studio can be a bit more intense.  The Tower of Terror is a large randomized free fall like ride.  The Rock 'n' Roller Coaster is a very fast roller coaster that does go upside down.  You may want to avoid these two until you are certain that your niece will be ok on them.  The main roller coaster at Disney's Animal Kingdom is Expedition Everest.  It is also fast at times, but not nearly as intense as those at Hollywood Studios.

    Hope that helps,
