Im taking my mom to Disney World this Dec! She always brought me every year so this year I decided to take her! I ordered a customized gift from Disney's Floral and Gifts for her but i feel like I should do something special in the park, any suggestions?

Hi Katie!  I think it is so sweet you are treating your mother to a Walt Disney World vacation this year.  I love your question because I am also treating my mom to a trip to Walt Disney World this Christmas.

I think you are off to a great start of spoiling your mother with a gift from Disney Floral and Gifts.  Their baskets are just so beautiful, I am sure she will be thrilled.  Something else your mother might enjoy is a relaxing treatment at one of the many spas on Walt Disney World property.  I gifted my mother a massage a few years ago at The Spa at Saratoga Springs Resort and she had such a great time.  Something else she might enjoy is an Afternoon Tea at the Garden Tea Room at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa. The tea room offers a large variety of teas and goodies to enjoy and it it's such a fun mother daughter thing to do! If you think your mother might prefer something a little more adventurous, I suggest looking into one of the many tours Walt Disney World has to offer.  She might like to take a Backstage Safari Tour at Disney's Animal Kingdom or spend some time taking an in depth look at the most iconic park at Walt Disney World with Disney's Keys to the Kingdom Tour.

I hope I've given you a few ideas on how you can spoil your mom even more while you are Walt Disney World.  I know I am excited about treating my mom too!  If I can help you with anything else before you go, please let me know.  Have fun!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
