I'm taking my 7y/o daughter to the Cinderella Castle for lunch does she need to wear a princess dress since I read many of the girls come wearing them? Would you recommend wearing one? Is it alright if we opt. out of that???

    Hi Tammy,

It's entirely up to your daughter, when we dined there my girls who were aged 9 and 11 at the time just wore their normal clothes and they didn't feel out of place at all. I would say that roughly half the little girls wore Princess dresses and half normal clothes. What lots of people do is just change into their dress for the meal and take it off again afterwards, there are lockers at the front of Magic Kingdom if you choose to do this.

Sorry I seem to be going round in circles, it may be a good idea to take a dress with you and let her have the option when you get there. Whatever she decides I'm sure you'll have a lovely magical meal in the castle!
