I'm sure this has been asked. Which is better. Disney dining plan or pay as we go. With 6 of us going I think we can keep our daily food budget under the 60 per day each for the dining. Especially with 3 of them not that big of eaters.

    Hi Kevin!

Congratulations on your upcoming trip to Walt Disney World! My family purchases the Disney Dining Plan each time we visit. We find that it saves time, money and stress. We purchase the Disney Dining Plan (DDP) so we can book our Advanced Dining Reservations in advance and then have our entire trip planned out, meals included ahead of time. The DDP come with a refillable resort mug per guest on the plan, which also saves a ton of money. You can refill your mug with soda, coffee and hot chocolate at your resort throughout your stay. This helps tremendously, especially on the days in which you hang out at your resort and at the pool.

You will also get one table service, one quick service and one snack per guest, per night of your stay. Even if your kiddos are not big eaters, this plan offers a fair amount of food without being overwhelming. Also, all of the signature dining locations (such as Cinderella's Royal Table) are two Table Service credits. If you have a few of these experience planned, it will deduct from your Table Service credits quickly, but it justifies the cost for some of those pricier dining experiences that you may otherwise not choose.

    Magically,
    Stacy
