I'm struggling with the best hotel/room sleeping arraignment for our family. 2 families of 4 and one grandma...the two bedroom villa won't work because of the room layouts...we want a magic kingdom hotel. Thanks so much!

    Dear Jennifer,

Thank you so much for reaching out to us here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your planning question for your family!

Sleeping arrangements can be a bit challenging for larger families, it's true. We have five people in our family and that does limit our choices sometimes. You mention that you want a Magic Kingdom hotel, and the good news is that Disney's Contemporary Resort, Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa all sleep five people in a standard room. You could have one family of four plus grandma in one room, and then the other family of four in a second room. Connecting rooms are not guaranteed, but Cast Members will do the best they can to get you connecting rooms if there is availability.

Another option that might work for your family is The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, which each sleep up to 6 people to a cabin. There are so many fun activities at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort.

Hope that helps with your magical planning!
