I'm staying at the all star music resort. How do I make arrangement for Bell service for my return to MCO via the magical express.

Hello Linda, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel with an important planning question.

I am so happy to hear that you will be visiting the Walt Disney World Resort soon. I just returned home from an amazing trip with my family just yesterday and used both services. I would be happy to explain the process to you. If you have not done so already, you will want to contact Disney’s Magical Express by phone at (407) 939-1936 flight information. About 3-4 weeks before your arrival you will receive your travel information and luggage tags for your arrival.

The day before your trip home, you will receive a transportation notice from Disney’s Magical Express telling you what time the motorcoach will pick you up for your return trip to Orlando International Airport. I usually call Bell Services the night before my departure to set up when I want them to pick up my luggage. It is your responsibility to get your luggage to the airport. If you are using an airline that participates in Resort Airline Check-In, you can check your bags at Pop Century before noon. If your airline does not participate in that service, Bell Services will hold your bags, until it is time for you to board the motorcoach. If you have a late flight, this would allow you to visit Disney Springs or even get in some extra theme park time. You will need to bring your luggage to the motorcoach and the driver will assist you with placing them under the bus for your ride to the airport. Once you arrive at Orlando International Airport, you will be able to check your bags for the flight home. Just remember when you are on Disney’s Magical Express and heading home, you are one day closer to returning again for your next trip.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
