I'm staying with my husband and boys (3 and 6) in April 2009. If we go to Downtown Disney are we required to use a park ticket?

Downtown Disney is a great place to go when you are not in the parks. There are some wonderful restaurants there and it is my favorite place to shop for all of those must have Mickey souvenirs. You do not need a ticket to enjoy the Marketplace or many areas of Westside. Disney Quest, Cirque de Soleil and the movie theatre, all located at Westside, do require a ticket for entry. The Disney transportation system offers buses (and from select locations boats) that run to the Marketplace throughout the day. You can find further information regarding the shops, restaurants and entertainment available by visiting here. Have fun!
