    I'm staying at the GF in Nov and getting ready to book my FP+ tomorrow when I'm in the 60 day range. Today, however, when trying to access the FP+ booking option, I got a message that said I didn't have valid tkts. Is this because I haven't paid in full?

    I am thrilled to read about your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation!  You are going to love your stay at Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa.  It is a most beautiful resort!  

    If you do not have your tickets, you do not have a way of linking them to your My Disney Experience page. Each ticket holds a special number on the back or you can also enter a voucher number.  I have a strong suspicion that you are not able to book your FastPass+ attractions due to the fact that you do not have your tickets yet. Your package may need to be paid in full.   However, I could be wrong.  Your best bet is to call (407)939-7675 and speak with a Cast Member.  They will be able to assist you.  

    If you do have your tickets and the system is still not recognizing them, please call (407)939-5277 for technical assistance.
