I'm staying at a DVC resort and was wondering how far in advance i can book my fastpasses? I thought it was 60, but i can't seem to book anything yet and i'm 60 days out already. My reservation and park passes are linking in MDE website.

    Hi Tara!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. Any Guests staying at any Walt Disney World Resort, including Disney Vacation Club resorts can make FastPass+ selections 60 days prior to check-in. There are a few things that could be causing your difficulty. It sounds like you already have your resort reservation and your theme park tickets linked in your My Disney Experience account.

One of the first things to double check, is if you truly are a the 60 day mark. This can be very confusing, and is often the problem. Since I don’t know your arrival date, I can’t double check for you, but I recommend plugging your arrival date into a website called Planning Strategy Calculator, or PSCalculator for short. With some months having 30 days and some 31, it can throw off a lot of Guests’ calculations. Since you asked your question to us on October 3, 2015, the 60 day check-in date from that day would be December 2, 2015. If you are checking in for your vacation on December 3, 2015 or later, you would not be able to make FastPass+ selections yet.

If you are still having difficulty, and you feel your vacation plans are as “tangled” as Rapunzel’s hair, I recommend calling Disney for assistance. Check out this fun video on how they can help with information on how to contact them. They can go through your My Disney Experience account and help you get your plans in order. I hope this helps you, Tara. Sending you extra pixie dust for FastPass+ success!
