Hi Christina,
Yes, as long as you have a corresponding Walt Disney World resort hotel stay, you simply need to log into My Disney Experience to start making your
advanced dining reservations. Be sure to track your countdown using the tracker in My Disney Experience. Before the big day, we always map out our dining plans for the entire vacation - breakfast, lunch and dinner. While I will leave a few open times for quick-service meals, I make reservations for the vast majority of our dining experiences. Since we typically use a dining plan, I also indicate the number of meal entitlements that each meal will require to be sure we do not exhaust all of our entitlements before the end of the trip.
As you plan your dining reservations, I do hope you have considered doing a few pre-park dining reservations. On our last visit, we did Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, Be Our Guest Restaurant and Tusker House Restaurant prior to park opening. We love being able to get in the standby line for some of our favorite attractions just after breakfast before the lines get too long. We were able to ride Frozen Ever After, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train and Kilimanjaro Safaris with little to no wait. Then, we started working our Fast Pass+ selections. My girls are tweens though so we can move a little faster with dining. As long as we make the reservation by 8:10 a.m., we can be done by 9:00 a.m. At Akershus Royal Banquet Hall and Tusker House Restaurant, we made reservations at 8:00 a.m. to be sure we saw each of the characters before we dashed out to ride.
Christina, I trust you will have some fabulous dining experiences. Remember those autograph books if you do character meals!
Magic, memories and Minnie Mouse hugs,
Donyell
