I'm staying at CB for 2 nites in 2 weeks my wife and I have fast passes for 3 days my wife will not be able to go my sister wants to go can she use my wife's magic band and go on rides with me there are no other fast passes for the 3 days.

    Hi John,

Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! I’m sorry you’ve had a change in plans at the last minute and your wife is no longer to join you. I have had such fun with my brothers at Walt Disney World, so I love that your sister wants to step in and come along.

Unfortunately, John, the park rules do not allow for someone to use a MagicBand that is not their own. Your wife’s MagicBand will be linked to her room reservation and FastPass+ selections, have a set PIN key for making purchases, and even be linked to her fingerprint for entering the park. Once a MagicBand is linked to one person’s Disney account, it is not transferrable.

My advice is to call the Walt Disney World Resort reservations phone number at (407) 934-7639 and explain your situation to a Cast Member. They will be able to tell you what your options are and help you figure out the best course of action.

I’m wishing you a pixie-dusted outcome and a magical vacation!
