Hi Stephen! Welcome back to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
It sounds like you are currently enjoying your Walt Disney World Resort vacation and I hope you are having a fantastic visit!
Disney's Caribbean Beach Resort is so beautifully decorated for the Christmas season ... it makes everything seem extra magical during this time of the year!
Bell Services is correct, Resort Airline Check-In is a feature for those that have reservations on
Disney's Magical Express. The exact wording from Disney is, "
Guests who fly on a participating airline and stay at select Disney Resort hotels are automatically enrolled in the Resort Airline Check-In service when arriving through Disney’s Magical Express." If you are not using Disney's Magical Express,
Bell Services can hold your luggage after you check-out and until you are ready to journey to Orlando International Airport. You will then need to take your bags with you and check them at the airport.
For Guests using Disney's Magical Express, Resort Airline Check-In is able to check Guests in for their flight, print boarding passes, and check their luggage early in the day so they can simply head straight to security at Orlando International Airport.
Hopefully, this helps clarify the answer you received from Bell Services, Stephen. Please let us know if you have any other questions!
