Hello all! I'm a single mother of DD10 and DS8. My question is can 1 child walk thru the line and wait at the exit if they are absolutely unwilling to go on the ride. 1 hates TOT the other hates Everest both want me to go on rides with them. Thanks

    Hi, Michelle!

There are two ways of approaching this situation:

1 - All three of you go through the line together, and then, as you suggest, one of your children goes to the exit while you ride with the other. In this case, the child who waits will not be actively supervised. Obviously, if there is an emergency or, s/he will be taken care of, but the Cast members will not be able to watch her exclusively while you ride. What you might do is explain to the Cast Member in the loading area that your child is not going on the ride, and ask that Cast Member to allow the child to hang out for a bit until you conclude the ride and backtrack to pick the child up.

2 - If there is a single rider option, all three of you could go through single rider. You'll put the single rider child on the ride and take the other to the exit to wait for the child to complete the adventure. In the case of Everest and Tower of Terror, the two examples you have, this might not be the solution, but it's definitely something to consider.

    Have a wonderful trip!

    See you later, celebrator,
