    Becky from TX Asked

I'm from San Antonio, Tx. I plan on takin our 1st trip to Disney World this year, but dont know when the best time to go is. I dont want it to be too crowded where my children cant enjoy themselves. Or which parks i should definately visit. Please help

    Hi Becky!
The short answer, in my opinion, is anytime between January and December! :) In all seriousness, if you ask 10 Moms Panelists that question, you will probably get 10 different answers and 10 different reasons why. I love coming to Walt Disney World in either October or December. October is a beautiful time to visit because the weather is still quite warm (even in the evenings) and the parks are all decked out for Halloween. Plus my kids love Mickey's Not So Scary Halloween Party, which takes place many nights during September and October. I love December even more than October, particularly between Thanksgiving and Christmas. The weather is still nice, although a bit unpredictable, and the parks are magnificently decorated, but the holiday crowds have not yet started. Also, during Mickey's Very Merry Christmas party, it SNOWS on Main Street. Who wouldn't love that?? So, at least in my opinion, you will be targeting either October or December.
As for which parks to visit, well, the easy answer is to try to spend at least one day in all four and see what your family likes. Then use any additional days visiting your favorites again. As for me, regardless of who I am with, Magic Kingdom is ALWAYS my #1, followed By Disney's Hollywood Studios, EPCOT, and Disney's Animal Kingdom.
I hope this gives you a push in the right direction. Come on back if I can help some more. It is my pleasure!! :)
