Princess Half Marathon

I'm going to be running the Disney half marathon and princess glass slipper challenge, but also breast feeding at the time. Is there a place to pump at the start and finish line? Where can I store my pump and possibly my milk during the race? Thanks!

    Hi Sarah!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so excited for you to run the Disney Fairy Tale Challenge!

You will find a Baby Care Center at the Start/Finish area for each of the races where you should certainly have a private area to pump as you'd like before and after your race! When the Digital Event Guide is released a few weeks prior to Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend you should be able to find a map that will help you locate the correct area! Looking at the pre-race information for 2017 you can see the Baby Care area is in the Welcome Plaza. The exact location may change in 2018 so I'd double check for reference.

For storing your pump and milk during your run, your best bet is going to be the gEAR Bag Check. I'm not aware of anywhere that would have a fridge for you to use so I'd recommend bringing a cooler with ice packs if you can.

I hope this help as you plan for your upcoming race and that you receive the royal treatment during your upcoming runcation! Please come back and let me know if you have any other questions.
