    Amie from FL Asked

Hi. I'm a Fl resident and am looking into purchasing annual passes for 2 adults, 3 kids. First off, is there an annual pass just for WDW? What are the black out dates for 2016? Is there anything I should be researching before I make my purchase?

    Hi Amie!
There are several different types of Disney Annual Pass products in which you can choose. The Disney Platinum Plus Pass allows you to visit all four of the Walt Disney World parks with no blackout dates. You can also enjoy the Disney water parks and ESPN Wide World of Sports.

The Disney Platinum Pass includes admission to all of the four parks with no black out dates.

The Florida Resident Gold Pass is a special pass only available to Florida residents and DVC members. With this pass you can get admission to all four Disney parks, but there are blackout dates. The Florida Resident Silver Pass is only available to Florida residents and includes admission to all four parks, but with blackout dates during the busiest times of the year. The blackout dates for the Silver Passes are more extensive than the Gold Pass blackout dates. You can find the blackout dates for the Silver and Gold passes on MouseSavers dot com. MouseSavers also has a breakdown of the prices between the passes so you can choose which one will work best for you. That site can also give you the additional information you'll need to research which pass you want to purchase.

    Magically,
    Stacy
