I'm ready to purchase my AP. Our trip is in November. when I purchase my passes when will they be mailed out? I was hoping to get them for the kids ahead of time so they have a concrete item in hand to make the trip a reality.

You are going to love being a part of the Annual Passholder Family, Denise! I know this is a big ticket decision, but it's often the best route for families who like to visit the Big Cheese at least a couple of times of yEAR. Besides admission to all four Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, your passes will include Disney PhotoPass downloads, up to 20% off on select dining and merchandise (in-store or online at Shop Disney Parks), and free standard theme park parking. I like to bookmark the Passholder Extras and Special Offers pages on my computer. I figure I can get lots of souven-EARs with all the money I save with my Annual Pass discount!

When you purchase your Annual Passes online, you will get an email with a Ticket Confirmation Number (use this to link your passes to your My Disney Experience account). This email will also include a Disney eTicket that you can print at home; however, Walt Disney World no longer mails out physical Annual Passes. You will need to stop at Guest Relations at any of the four theme parks or the Ticket Center at Disney Springs to activate your passes. Here you'll be given a yellow plastic card that you'll want to carry with you at all times so you can get those fantastic discounts!  If you're planning on surprising your Mouseketeers, try looking up 'Disney Reveal Ideas' on Pinterest or Etsy. I've found an online shop that makes printable Walt Disney World "pretend" tickets that are super cute and a little fancier than the eTickets.

I hope this helps, Denise! Please stop by the Disney Parks Moms Panel again if you have any more trip planning needs.

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
