I'm planning to visit Magic Kingdom with my 14 month old son. He is not good at sleeping in the stroller so we think we will be there only for 7 hours (11am to 6pm roughly). Is it still worth going? Will we see enough? Never been before :)

    Hi Mel,

How exciting to be heading to Magic Kingdom for the first time with your little one! My daughter also did not love sleeping in her stroller when she was little, but we would work around this and still have a great time in the theme parks. I think that you should definitely plan on going to Magic Kingdom even though your time will be limited. You will not be able to everything, but I also do not think that you can see everything if you are there from opening to closing! Let me offer you some tips to get the most out of your time at Magic Kingdom.

I suggest that you take a look ahead of time at both the attractions and characters and entertainment at Magic Kingdom. Consider which you would like to experience, and go ahead and make some Disney FastPass+ selections. These will allow you to experience some attractions with a shortened waiting time by allowing you to skip the standby queue. You will need to make Disney FastPass+ selections for yourself and any other guests 3 years of age or older. Children under 3 years old do not require Disney FastPass+ selections; they can go with you if you have one.

I know that time will be tight, but if you need a quick and relaxed place to feed or change your son, consider a visit to the Baby Care Center. This location is a great and calming place for little ones.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Mel! Have a wonderful time planning your day at Magic Kingdom, and please do let us know if you have any further questions!
