I'm planning my 1st visit with my 2 daughters (2 1/2, 1 1/2 years old) and I would like to known your opinion about the best resort - villas (I need kitchen facilities) to stay with them. Thank you.

What two lucky little girls to be headed to Disney World and begin experiencing the magic at such an early age. Honestly all of the villa properties on Disney property are fantastic and offer many of the same great amenities, large rooms and the convenience of a kitchen.

To help in your decision process, you should consider what park you would like to visit the most. If you are looking to spend the majority of your time at Magic Kingdom, the Wilderness Lodge is the most convenient. They are part of the Magic Kingdom resort area and are just a quick boat ride away from the splendor of Main Street USA. The Epcot resort area features three villa properties, Boardwalk, Beach Club and Yacht Club. All of these provide an easy access to Epcot and Hollywood Studios as well as the added benefit of being located around the nighttime excitement of the Boardwalk. Animal Kingdom Lodge has the unique benefit of offering a private showcase of the animals on their property (truly breath-taking) and Saratoga Springs is just a hop away from the bustle of Downtown Disney.

My choice would be the Beach Club Villas. We love the comfortable beach atmosphere and it is home to what many consider the best resort pool on property, Stormalong Bay. Stormalong Bay has a great sand play area that our boys loved when they were younger. There are fun children's pool activites most afternoons and many evenings they feature a campfire and movie down on the beach. There is an old-fashioned ice cream parlor across from the pool that should not be missed. With small children, we loved the ability to walk to Epcot and Hollywood Studios without folding the stroller to board a bus.

To compare the resorts and decide which is best for you, visit here. Anywhere you decide to stay, I am sure you and your princesses will have a magical time!
