    Cailyn from CA Asked

I'm planning on surprising my friend with a trip to Disneyland in December. I'm thinking of doing it during my blackout week meaning I'll be using a ticket instead of my pass. Can i still use my parking benefits and my discounts?

    Dear Cailyn,
Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!
My best advice if you plan on visiting the Disneyland Resort Parks on a week when your Passport is blocked out-- consider upgrading your Annual Passport to an Annual Passport that is not blocked out.
If your Annual Passport includes parking, parking is not valid on your Passport blockout dates.
However, if you upgrade to an Annual Passport that includes parking, you can be reimbursed for parking on the day you upgrade your Annual Passport to one of the Annual Passports that includes parking.
    These include:
    *Disney Premier Passport
    *Disney Signature Plus Annual Passport
*Disney Signature Annual Passport (parking reimbursement is not available on Disney Signature Annual Passport blockout dates)
In terms of the your discounts, those should still be valid on merchandise and dining purchases at the Disneyland Resort.
    I hope this helps.
    Hakuna Matata!
