I'm planning a mother-daughter trip for my Mom and I and am thinking about surprising her with a visit to the Salon at Wilderness Lodge. Is it possible to just get the nail decals? Is there somewhere I can find prices and more information?

Hi there, Amanda! You mother-daughter trip sounds like a great bonding experience, and you are an extra special daughter for wanting to surprise your mom.

Disney's Wilderness Lodge is immersion at its best. Take some time to enjoy the gorgeous Christmas decorations and sit by the 82-foot tall Grand Canyon Fireplace. I guarantee you'll feel like you've been transported away to a National Park Lodge in the mountains of the Pacific Northwest. In 2017, the Salon by the Springs opened its doors in the location of the former Trout Pass Pool Bar. While I have not been lucky enough to try any of their services yet, I did grab a brochure on my last visit. Although prices are always subject to change, the Custom Manicure Experience starts at $45, and Character Couture Nail Art is $3.00/nail. I didn't have any luck when looking for an online link with prices but try calling (407) WDW-SPAS or (407) 939-7727 for more information. By the way, Annual Passholders, Disney Vacation Club Members, and Disney Visa Cardholders receive a 15% discount on most services.

This salon also offers a grown-up version of Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique called Character Couture Experiences. If "Disney Bounding" is your thing, you can head to Magic Kingdom Park afterward with hair, nails, and make-up inspired by your favorite Disney character. What a fun girls' day that would be!

Enjoy your day of pampering, Amanda!

Meet the Panelist: Eean, Pennsylvania

Hi, I'm Eean from Pennsylvania!  I may have an unusual name, but my passion for Disney is not unique.  It’s amazing how many people you can find who love talking about, "The Most Magical Place On Earth!"  I'm that mom who always has her ears perked at PTO meetings, in the grocery store aisle, or at middle school basketball games waiting for an opportunity to give someone a planning tip to help make their vacation even more magical.
