Hi! I'm planning a July trip and want to wait to see if any discounts come out before I book the trip. I'm wondering if I will be able to make dining reservations before I've booked the trip? Thanks, Judy

Hi, Judy! Yes, you will be able to make your Advance Dining Reservations 180 days prior to the date you want to dine.  These reservations can be made whether you have purchased your vacation package or not.  I might suggest, however, that you go ahead and make those reservations. If promotions are released, you can modify your reservation to include the deal, subject to availability.  Disney will not automatically modify your reservation, you will need to call 407-W-DISNEY to check availability and make the change, if possible. There will not be a fee to update the same reservation with any applicable promotion.  Keep an eye on the Special Offers page for one that might work for you, your travel dates, and your accommodations.  Happy planning and have a Magical vacation!
