hello im planning to go to disney world soon but i would like to know if i dont have the dining plan can i still make reservation in a restaurant or do i need to have the dining plan

Hi Heidy! Thanks so much for sharing all of your questions with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I'm so excited to hear you will be visiting Walt Disney World Resort soon!

Great news! Dining plans are not needed to make dining reservations. As a Guest staying in a Disney Resort Hotel, you can make dining reservations up to 180 in advance of your arrival date. Plus, you have several easy and convenient ways to make your reservations. You can make reservations online, by phone at (407) WDW-DINE or (407) 939-3463, or via your My Disney Experience account.

The restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort are excellent! You are wise to begin planning your dining now. Because of their popularity, many of the restaurants fill up quickly. I would encourage you to make your dining reservations as soon as possible.

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel and please let me know if you need any other tips or advice as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
