HI! IM PLANNING OUR FIRST TRIP IN FEB. OF 09' WITH MY HUSBAND, 2 YR, AND 5 YR OLDS. WE ARE LOOKING FOWARD TO A FAMILY VACATION BUT WE DEFINATELY ARE LOOKING FOWARD TO SOME ALONE TIME AS WELL AS A ROUND OF GOLF OR TWO. ANY SUGGESTIONS WOULD BE GREAT

    Hi,

It sounds like you and hubby need some help. Disney contracts with several babysitting services that will watch your kids while you enjoy some grown-up time. There are also childcare centers in some of the WDW hotels, but children need to be at least four years old to stay there. Since you have a younger child you would need to use one of the contractors. They are:

    - Kids Nite Out: 800-696-8105
    - Fairy Godmothers: 407-275-7326
    - All About Kids: 407-812-9300

You need to contact them directly to discuss fees and other requirements. Most of the time, the sitters will watch your children in your room in the evening or during naptime. I have, however, heard of situations where the sitters will take children to a resort playground, out to a meal, or to another venue. You would need to work this out in advance with the babysitting service.

Hope you have a great vacation and a great "vacation within a vacation."
