    Hi Kensi!

I hope you are having a wonderful time planning your Walt Disney World Resort vacation. It sounds like you are well on your way to mastering My Disney Experience and being able to plan everything for your large group. To make sure your mother can see all of your plans, you will want to make sure you select "edit" next to her name in your My Family & Friends list and select, "This friend often travels with me," and "view all my activities." This should show her all of your plans and reservations for the trip. To grant her access to the other members in your My Family & Friends list, she will need to add them to her own account. When she is logged into her My Disney Experience account, she should be able to "Add a Guest," and find the individuals from there, even if you manage their accounts. If you are still having trouble, the helpful Cast Members at the My Disney Experience Help Desk are incredible at assisting me when I am not able to get things to work right. You can reach them at the number listed on the online Phone Directory under "My Disney Experience, MagicBands and FastPass+.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance with this or anything else, Kensi. Have an incredible trip!

    Magical Wishes,
