    Juvel from AB Asked

Im planning to take my daughter on her birthday to Disney California for a day to meet the princesses. Is the park hopper the best choice or the regular admission ticket would be fine?

Hi, Juvel! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

There is no place more magical to celebrate a child’s birthday than at the Disneyland Resort! Let me break down the princess-centric activities in each park to help you decide if a Park Hopper or a one park per day ticket would be right for you.

In Disneyland Park, you will find Royal Hall at Fantasy Faire. Throughout the day, you can meet up to three princesses in this one location. Right outside Royal Hall is the Fantasy Faire Courtyard where Elena and Rapunzel often meet Guests. Just around the corner of Sleeping Beauty Castle is where you might find Princess Aurora and Princess Jasmine by Snow White’s Wishing Well. Finally, to meet Princess Tiana, head over to the Mark Twain Riverboat.

Located directly across from Disneyland Park is Disney California Adventure Park which is where you can meet Anna and Elsa from Frozen. The sisters meet just about all day long in the Disney Animation Building along with their friend Olaf. If your daughter is a huge Frozen fan, then definitely plan some time to see Frozen – Live at the Hyperion. This magnificent stage show is about an hour long and features all the characters and songs from the film.

Use the Disneyland app to look up exact times and locations to meet these characters when you are in the parks. To see all these princesses, you will need a Park Hopper ticket. To enjoy the princesses found only in Disneyland Park and to perhaps book an appointment for a princess makeover at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, then a one park per day ticket will suit you fine. I hope you have a fabulous time at the Happiest Place on Earth!
