Lounge Chairs at Night

Hi there! I'm planning my cruise for 2018, the 3 nights bahamian cruise. My concern is i saw that the ship will be back at port cañaveral at 7 am. Does that means we have to leave the ship at 7 am or we could stay the rest of the day on the ship?

Welcome aboard, Giselle! A three-night sailing on the beautiful Disney Dream is a great way to sample all that Disney has to offer on the high seas! Isn't it exciting to begin planning this magical vacation?

That final morning onboard the ship is always a bittersweet one. You will have had a fabulous vacation but it comes time to leave, and you won't feel ready yet, especially after just three nights! That's how my family and I always feel when it's time to disembark. No matter how long our sailing was, we always want to stay just one more night!

On that last morning, you'll be assigned a breakfast time (whereas throughout the cruise, you are free to dine for breakfast on your own time), of 6:45 a.m. for guests who had Main Dining at dinner, and 8:15 a.m. for those guests who had the later dinner seating. Guests are asked to be out of their staterooms by 8:00 a.m. and are asked to be off the ship by 9:00 a.m. Disembarkation usually begins around 7:00 or 7:30 a.m. The reason guests cannot stay longer onboard is that the ship will be welcoming new guests for the next sailing just a few hours from then, so quite a bit has to be done onboard to make it ship-shape and ready for Mickey to sail once more.

If that doesn't seem like quite enough time for you to unwind and enjoy the activities onboard, perhaps the four-night sailing might be another option to consider! Have fun planning, and please stop back if you have other questions about your cruise, Giselle. We're happy to help!
