    Hi Rose!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! First off, thank your son so much for his service to our country. I'm sure it wasn't easy watching your child go through everything that he's gone through, but we are so thankful for his service and love of our country.

Currently up to six U.S. Military Promotional Tickets can be purchased by a military ID holding service member/former service member, or their military ID holding spouse, in a single calendar year.  These tickets can be purchased at three locations: in person from a ticket office on any military installation, in person from any Walt Disney World Resort ticket booth, or from Shades of Green. Shades of Green is a military-specific resort hotel located near Disney's Polynesian Village Resort that has its own ticket office in addition to a small Exchange store, both of which are exempt from sales tax. You can buy tickets from Shades of Green with your son in person once you arrive in Orlando, but you are also able to purchase these tickets from Shades of Green in advance over the phone with their team. Your son will have to send a few forms back and fourth to prove his eligibility but this is a great option to be able to get the tickets in advance of your 60 day FastPass+ window. For more information on this option please call (407) 824-1403.

Something that you can book ahead of time on your own is a military rate at one of Disney's amazing Resort Hotels. Your son will need to show his ID at check-in, but you can call today to book a rooms-only reservation and add your tickets later.

I hope this helped, Rose, and We'll See You Real Soon!
