I'm looking for the rotational dining schedule for the 7 day DCL Caribbean cruise leaving Port Canaveral on October 5, 2019. I want to schedule dining at Palo/Remy's but don't want to miss some of the main dining restaurants. Thanks.

    Hi there, Ana!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, fellow Texan!  I am so excited to hEAR that you have a Disney Cruise Line vacation planned for this fall!  I, not only, love Halloween on the High Seas itineraries, but I also love cruising during that time of year because it’s an escape from the ongoing heat that seems to linger in Texas until late in the year!  So, at least the fun onboard decorations and exciting Halloween-themed activities can make it feel like Fall!

Adult-exclusive dining is one of my favorite things about Disney Cruise Line vacations!  My husband and I always look forward to our “date nights” onboard since we rarely get a chance to sneak away for a date night back at home!  We always say we save up our date nights and babysitter’s fees and head to the “Mickey Boat” for our date night in the midst of a magical vacation!  With top-notch service, delectable cuisine and fantastic views of the seas, you really can’t beat a dinner at either Palo or Remy!  Unfortunately, you will not be made aware of your dining rotation until you check in at Port Canaveral for embarkation, but you can contact Disney Cruise Line at (800) 951-3532 and put in a request for a specific rotation.  Please note that this is simply a request, and cannot be guaranteed, but they will usually do whatever they can to make it happen for you!

If you do happen to secure a reservation for adult-exclusive dining prior to getting onboard and you find that it does in fact coincide with a specific dinner menu you want to experience, you can always check once onboard about changing your reservation.  We have often had to do this and have usually had success being able to do so!  Another option that we will often do is make our adult-dining reservation for later in the evening (we always have main dining) and take our boys to the main dining room for their dinner.  Then we all get to experience the restaurant and then we drop them off at the Oceaneer Club and head to our dinner.

Wishing you a FANTAStic adventure at sea with many memories made…and if you do dine at Palo, be certain you save room for the souffle!

    Happy Sailing!
