I'm looking at booking through a Disney travel agent. If I decide later to add 1 day to the front of my trip can I book 1 day at a resort through the Disney website? I wouldn't want tickets or a meal plan for this one day because we arrive late

Hi there, Renee! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for stopping by and allowing us to help with all your Walt Disney World Resort planning needs!

Walt Disney World Resort makes planning a magical vacation as easy as saying "Bippity, Boppity, Boo"! There are so many amazing resources for vacation planning available right at your fingertips! One potential resource is the Walt Disney World Resort website. Here, you can not only find a wealth of Disney information but you can also reserve a stay at your favorite Disney Resort hotel!

It is definitively possible to reserve a one night stay at a Disney Resort hotel from the Walt Disney World Resort website! Just be sure to search for "Room Only Reservations" when looking for your potential reservation. I have done this exact thing on more than one occasion! Often times, my family and I end up booking an additional night at a Disney Resort hotel prior to our actual vacation. We just get too excited to wait and just love getting back to our "home" a day early!

I would also highly recommend downloading the My Disney Experience app prior to your arrival day! This app will allow you to manage multiple Disney Resort hotel reservations right from your smartphone. In addition, you can also create itineraries for your entire vacation, make advanced dining reservations, and create FastPass+ reservations within this incredibly helpful app!

I hope you have an absolutely magical vacation and please let us know if we can help you with planning any other parts of your Walt Disney World Resort trip!
