I'm leaving with my 2 1/2 yr old daughter for her 1st WDW trip in 17 DAYS! I'm concerned about our wait in hot lines. I'm planning to pack a fan and some bubbles, but what are other good packing ideas to help an impatient toddler wait in the heat?

Hello, Amanda!  Welcome to the Moms Panel!

Oh, I think we have ALL been there.  Trying to keep a young child occupied while waiting in an hour long line...WOW!  The good news is that there are some rides that offer interactive areas while you are in line such as Dumbo the Flying Elephant and The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh.  However, I have listed some ideas that helped me make it through those years.
    • snacks
    • water/juice
    • favorite toy/new Disney toy
    • an iPod loaded with great Disney movies
    • book of stickers
    • coloring book/crayons
    • sketch pad
Don't forget about the FASTPASS Service. Utilizing this service can cut down on your wait times.
