I'm interested in extra events at WDW that are Asperger's friendly. I know they offer different tours and classes like the physics class. Do you know of any events at any of the parks like this? This will be my Aspie's 3rd trip & he's 15 to boot! HELP

    Hi Rachel,

Thanks so much for writing! I'm glad to hear that your son loves Disney as much as mine does! My son is a budding engineer (at the ripe old age of 9) and loves Sum of All Thrills at Epcot, where you use the principals of math and science to design and then ride your own roller coaster.  He also loves many of the other attractions at both Innoventions Pavilions at Epcot.  I reached out to some of my Moms Panel Pals who are either teachers or have kids who have participated in the YES programs and highly recommend them for your son.  Disney's World of Physics (click on the hyper link for more information) allows students to study motion, force, and gravity on Disney's roller coasters.  It is absolutely appropriate for a fifteen year old and my Mom Pals sounded confident that your son would really enjoy a program.  I hope this helps your son have a fabulous third trip!  I wasn't clear if you meant he was turning 15 during your trip, however, if it is, in fact, a birthday vacation, please wish him an extra magical one from the Moms Panel!

    Happy planning!
