Hi! I'm going to Hollywood Studios on Jan 6, 2019. I have VIP seats for Fantasmic at 8PM and Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! at 8:30PM. Will it be possible to see both and how far in distance are they? Thanks.

Hello Priscilla, and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I am so excited to hear that you will begin 2019 with a visit to the Walt Disney World Resort. I am even more excited to hear that you will be enjoying some of my favorite nighttime entertainment at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. I always say the best way to view shows like this is with a dining or desert package that guarantees you a seat for this fabulous show. I am not sure if you have purchased a VIP dessert party for both Fantasmic! and Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! for the same night or not.

Fantasmic! is a 30 minute, jaw-dropping spectacular, journey through the imagination of Mickey Mouse. You can experience a beautiful fantasy or an exciting adventure. The venue for Fantasmic! is at the Hollywood Bowl, which is about 0.3 miles from the front of Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, where the VIP viewing area of Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! is located. It is typically a 5-10 minute walk. However, when Fantasmic! is over you will have the entire crowd to deal with as you make your way to the second event. If you have purchased a VIP Package for Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM!, you would have to leave in the middle of Fantasmic! to check-in with the Cast Member.

I would suggest that you see Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! on your planned date because this is the last showing for the season, and you do not want to miss Prep and Landing as they search high and low for Kris Kringle. This show will start immediately after Fantasmic! ends. If you have a park hopper option, you could always book the Fantasmic! Dessert & VIP Viewing Experience on another evening since it is shown year round. I hope that helps with your planning.

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
