I’m having trouble printing my tickets. There on my I- phone but won’t print!

    Hi there, Robert!

I have a few ideas about how to get your Disney eTickets printed. But first, you may be interested to know that it's perfectly fine to scan your eTickets directly from your phone at the turnstiles. It's still a good idea to have a paper backup of your eTickets, just in case phone issues. If you received a confirmation email for your ticket purchase, the email should have a link to bring up the eTickets on a computer for printing. You may also try taking a screenshot of the ticket barcodes. To take a screenshot on iPhones with a home button, just press the sleep/wake button and the home button at the same time. On iPhones without a home button, press the sleep/wake button and the volume up button at the same time to take a screenshot. The screenshots can be saved to your phone's Camera Roll in the Photos app. From the Photos app, you can tap the sharing icon to bring up options, including "Print," which can be used to send the image to an AirPrint-capable printer on the same WiFi network as your phone.

At the Disneyland Resort turnstiles, whether you scan your eTickets from a phone or from a paper copy, printed tickets will be given to you. You can use that ticket for park re-entry as well as for obtaining and redeeming Disney FASTPASS reservations. Since your park tickets are already in the Disneyland app, you may also want to purchase Disney MaxPass, if not already added to your tickets when you purchased them. MaxPass is a great way to help squeeze even more magic into your Disneyland Resort visit. Plus, it even comes with free downloads of your Disney PhotoPass photos from each day you have it added to your tickets.

    Have a magical time, Robert!
