I'm getting ready to book our stay at DWL & I'm wondering what the transportation is from there to MK & AK? Is it just a matter of hopping on one form until we arrive at our destination? Or are there multiple changes? Like getting off and on bus

    Hi!

No worries! Transportation from the Wilderness Lodge to the parks is very quick and easy.

To travel from the resort to the Magic Kingdom, there are two choices: Boat or Bus. Both are direct, and do not require you to change between buses/boats. Of the two, I recommend the boat. Its such a fun, relaxing way to travel. Plus you'll sail OVER the roadway. I still get a kick out of that!

The Animal Kingdom is reached by bus. This bus is direct as well (as are the buses for Epcot and Hollywood Studios), although you may make a quick stop at another resort or water park along the way. You won't need to change buses, just pick up/drop off some additional guests (this is quite common at all of the resorts, not just the Wilderness Lodge).

    Hope this helps!
