Hi! I'm expecting to arrive at my resort at noonish, and want to have groceries delivered from Garden Grocer. What time do you suggest I request to have them delivered? And how do I know where to have them delivered if I don't know my room number? Tks!

    Hi Maureen!

I have some great news for you! You don't need to know your room number to have Garden Grocer deliver a package. When placing your order with Garden Grocer, simply provide them with your name, arrival date and time, the name of your Disney Resort hotel, and your resort confirmation number. Garden Grocer will take care of the rest. To avoid any unnecessary delivery delays, be sure to provide them with the exact name of your Disney Resort hotel.

If you are expecting to arrive at your Disney Resort hotel around noon, I would recommend requesting that Garden Grocer delivers your order between 11 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. Should your grocery delivery arrive before you do, Bell Services will store it until you get there. If there are any perishable items included in the delivery that need refrigeration, they will keep the items stored in a cool place so they don't spoil. Please let me know if I can answer any other questions for you.
