I'm excited to plan our first Disney cruise. Curious if there will be any New York cruise in 2018

Welcome aboard, Natali! Living in Pennsylvania, you must be really hoping that you can take a short drive over to New York to depart for a magical Disney Cruise Line voyage next year! That's certainly a lot closer than flying down to Florida for your family!

I cannot wait to hear about the fall 2018 itineraries that Disney Cruise Line will hopefully be releasing in the next few months! The new summer 2018 itineraries were just released last week, so I am hoping to see the new fall itineraries soon too! Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog and of course, Disney Cruise Line's website. These are two of the first places you'll be able to read announcements of new itineraries.

Until then, check out this fall's New York itineraries to get an idea of what you might expect should Disney decide to return to New York again in the fall of 2018. They're always planning new and exciting itineraries, so I don't know if they will return to New York again, but let's hope so! If not, believe me, it's worth a flight to Port Canaveral to set sail with Disney, Natali! In fact, that's my family's favorite port from which to sail, since it's so close to Walt Disney World, and we love to add a couple of days at the resorts and parks onto our vacation before we set sail. Disney even offers optional ground transfers from the resorts at Walt Disney World to the port, so it really couldn't be easier!

The good news is that no matter where they sail in the fall of 2018, you'll have lots of exciting options! Have fun planning!
