I'm so excited, checking in on 6/6 at WL Villas! I was told 60 day fast pass was 4/9, she said exactly 60 days from check in. I come up with 4/7. 2 days is a big difference! At Midnight? Please Help!! Thanks!!

    Hi Vicki!

Greetings from a fellow Hoosier!  You must be very excited as your June vacation is right around the corner. You are very wise to be planning in advance, and I do recommend making your FastPass+ selections right at your 60 day mark if you are seeking hard to secure choices. The most popular selections include special seating for parades and fireworks such as Wishes, Fantasmic!, or the Festival of Fantasy Parade and for meeting Elsa and Anna at Princess Fairytale Hall. Other popular choices include Soarin', Toy Story Mania and Seven Dwarfs Mine Train.

The booking window does indeed open at midnight eastern time, or as I like to call it “Mickey Time”. So when the clock strikes twelve, grab your glass slipper and your touring plan and get online to make those FastPass+ selections! You do not need to book them in chronological order by date, so I would choose the date for which you have the most important needs or difficult to get FastPass+ selection and book that day first, then go to the second most important day and so on.

To calculate your 60 day date, or any reservation date for a Walt Disney World vacation, I like to use the “Planning Strategy Calculator” at This is a neat site where you can input your check-in date and it will tell you your 180 Advance Dining Reservation Date, your 60 or 30 day FastPass+ selection date and many others. When I used it to check your date of June 6, 2015 it tells me that your calculation of April 7, 2015 is correct! I wish you good luck and I’m sending you pixie dust for FastPass+ selection success!

    Have a Disney Day!
