    Hilary from CA Asked

Hi! I’m a Disneyland Resort Annual Passholder and plan to celebrate my daughter’s 2nd birthday there. I know about the bday button and cupcake. But what else can we do to make it a fun and special day for her? She loves Minnie, Goofy, Ariel, and Elsa : )

    Hi there Hilary!

Thanks again for bringing your questions to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Celebrating your daughter's birthday at the Happiest Place on Earth sounds perfect! We just returned from the Disneyland Resort for my son's birthday, and it was positively magical. Make sure you stop by City Hall to pick up a complimentary Birthday button for your daughter to wear throughout your trip. It was really special seeing so many Cast Members and Characters giving my son Birthday wishes.

I would suggest celebrating with a special Character meal, for example, the delightful Minnie & Friends - Breakfast with Character at Plaza Inn or breakfast at Goofy's Kitchen in the Disneyland Hotel. You can also request a Celebration Cake to be delivered to any table service reservation. To order a custom cake decorated with your daughter's favorite Disney Characters, you can call (714)781-3463 from 3-60 days before your reservation.

If you will be staying at a Disneyland Resort Hotel, you can make your daughter's birthday even more memorable by purchasing an In-Room Celebration that will transform your resort room into a party!

I hope this helps, and please feel free to return with any other questions. Have a magical day!
