Hi, I'm going on a Disney vacation in December and chose the park hopper option. Is it worth getting the water park option too since the weather in December can be cool? Also, are the water parks decorated for the holidays?

    Hi Bill!
Even though the weather can be unpredictable in December, you will still, more than likely, encounter good "swimming" weather. My girls swam every single day of our trip last December (including one day in the rain) and we spent a full day at Blizzard Beach. The good news about water parks in December is that they are not nearly as crowded as other times of the year.
As for holiday decorations. you can expect to see the parks and resorts decorated to the max, but the water parks do not follow suit.
I would say that if your family has their hearts set on visiting a water park at least one day, then go ahead and get it. If they aren't overly excited, then save the money and enjoy park hopping instead.
I hope this helps and I wish you a Magical vacation!! :)
