I'm going to Disney in OCT and I looked at the Animal Kingdom map and I'm a little worried now about doing the park hopper option and trying to fit in the Animal Kingdom and Hollywood Studios in one day? Is it possible without missing out on alot?

    Hi, Nicole!

Park Hopping is great, but you do have to budget your time wisely.  Plan to be at Animal Kingdom as soon as the park opens. (This park generally closes the earliest, so to make the most of your park hopping day, go to Animal Kingdom first).  Enjoy the "must do" attractions first:  Expedition Everest, Kilimanjaro Safari, and Dinosaur!  By mid-day, you will want to hop on a bus over to Hollywood Studios.

To make the most of your day, you may want to opt for dining at Quick Service locations.  If you are participating in FastPass+, schedule those passes for the second park of the day.  Early in the day, lines are fairly short and by afternoon, the legacy (paper) FastPasses may already be gone when you arrive in Hollywood Studios.

Keep on your schedule, decide on what is most important and get that done first, and use your time wisely. I think you will be pleasantly surprised how much magic you can squeeze into one day in Walt Disney World.
